I still give this casino 5 stars, mainly because there is never a dull moment while playing. I believe once they get back on track with the redemption it will be ok. My redemption was placed on July the 20th and it is now almost September. You would usually get your redemption in a couple of days, sometimes the next day. Been playing here for awhile, so I'm a stick with them.

Please stay away from these crooks. They will offer you free spins for a good review (that’s why there rating is so good) but just read through the one star ones. Despite being fully verified they will still reject your withdrawal. No live chat option most of the time and I’ve got no response from the 5 emails I’ve sent past month. Can’t self exclude unless you email but obviously you’ll get no response. Multiple withdrawals rejected for no reason
